Domestic recruitment and training consultancy:- a different
approach to recruiting your domestic staff.
We aim to place the right people in the right jobs. We do this
by finding out as much about you, the client and your vacant position,
as we do about the candidates. Working in private service is as
much about personalities as it is about the ability to do the job;
fitting the right people with the right skills and attitude is paramount.
I do this by draw on my experience working as a butler for many
country houses over the past 20 years.
Our service does not stop after we have found the right candidate
& they have been engaged. We offer you our consultation service;
a six month contract where we offer on-site training, weekly and
then monthly support, and mediation advice.

Meeting with the client to gather all the information we need to
fill the position
A short list of candidates is sent for your consideration
The interview process
Contract of employment
Consultation begins
Weekly contact for the first month and monthly after that (with
you the client and also with the candidate)
Training where needed for the first two months (arranged at your
request)
All training support and mediation are at your request and will
be discussed at our first meeting. (Typically training will consist
of four days throughout the contract).
Our fees
10% of the candidate's gross annual salary
Expenses for training and travel by mutual agreement
